For Mainland companies and most Free Zones the Corporate Tax return is mandatory even without activity. A “zero” return costs 1,500 AED.
If a client orders the annual report together with Tax Monitoring, we apply a 1,000 AED discount on the monitoring service.

Corporate Tax registration and VAT registration after you cross the mandatory threshold are already included in the basic plan of 3,500 AED / mo. If a company comes to us just for one-off registrations without ongoing service, those are separate services: VAT 2,500 AED, CT from 1,000 AED (with a consultation — 1,500 AED).
Each company has a dedicated accountant assigned — they keep the books, reply in the Telegram chat and know the specifics of your activity. A second informed specialist is on stand-by for leave or sick days, but your primary contact is always one person.
The basic plan covers up to 100 transactions per month. Above that — 10 AED per additional transaction, shown as a separate line on the monthly invoice. If volume has stepped up for good, we’ll rework the package so a fixed fee is more economical.
Everything goes through the Telegram chat: invoices, bank statements, contracts, any photos or PDFs. If you prefer — email or Google Drive work too. The accountant will tell you what to send and when; we don’t dump long “return this form” lists on you.
